Payment, Shipping & Returns

Warranty: All WatchDesign watches are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Shipping - FREE shipping for U.S. orders OVER $25.00- We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping to addresses in the United States is FREE via USPS First Class mail. USPS PRIORITY Mail is an optional charge of $12.00. Note shipping is next business day AFTER order is received (so order on monday is shipped on tuesday).

International orders are charged BASED ON CALCULATED RATE.

Payment: You can use PayPal, American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover for payment. We are not setup for phone based credit card processing. All transactions must be done on the web site. Feel free to contact us with any questions or service issues - BUT WE CAN NOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER OVER THE PHONE.

Privacy: As STRIPE and PayPal are the mechant card service companies, we do not collect any payment data. You are NOT required to set up an account to make a purchase (although if you want to track your order or place future orders, it makes things a lot easier). If you do set up an account, your information is not shared with any other company and we do not send emails without a specific opt-in at your request.

Returns: Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date on items purchased on this site. Note that the item must be returned in the EXACT condition shipped (this includes all packaging materials). You are responsible for return shipping and there is a 10% restocking fee. If the return is due to the item being defective or any sort of error that is ours, there is no restocking fee, we will issue a first class mail shipping credit and refund or replace with a new item (upon return of the defective item). If you received a promotional item with your purchase, that must also be returned or the full retail price of the item will be charged against any refund.

You should expect to see your refund within 5-6 days of our receipt of the return. Delivery times for us to receive your return will vary depending on how you choose to ship the return. And, once we process the credit, the credit card issuer will take a few days to post to your account.

If you need to return an item and you did set-up an account: Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Repairs: After the 12 month warranty period please email sales at watchdesign dot com with the exact details of your repair for a quote.
